Austin, Texas – RoadVantage marked its second anniversary by announcing the recent addition of two industry veterans to its executive management team and its expansion into new offices as the company continues to grow at a rapid pace.

RoadVantage recently moved into larger offices to accommodate increased staff and volume, has expanded its online training and has begun hosting webinars on topics such as reducing claims fatigue. The company also has evolved and expanded its F&I product line to stay on the cutting edge, providing dealers and agents nationwide with a full portfolio of stand-alone and bundled programs.

“With Garret Lacour, co-founder and former CEO of IAS, at the helm, RoadVantage entered the F&I ancillary products market with a bang two years ago and has been blazing new trails ever since,” said Reese Hillard, who joins the team as senior vice president and has more than three decades in the automotive industry. “RoadVantage is setting a new industry standard in F&I, and I’m pleased to be part of that.”

“With RoadVantage’s progressive approach to F&I – superior products, assured compliance, an innovative approach to claims, best practices in customer service – the company is primed for continued success,” said Randy Ross, a 34-year industry veteran who joined the team as senior vice president of sales. “I’m honored to lead the sales efforts for RoadVantage as we enter this next phase of growth.”

“It’s been exciting to witness the company’s consistent growth these last two years. It demonstrates the F&I market was ready for an innovative provider,” said Lacour, founder and CEO, RoadVantage. “This most recent expansion enables us to take it to the next level.”
