LAS VEGAS — Rick Roesel, president of Agency Services Consolidated, will lead a panel discussion devoted to training at the upcoming Agent Summit, organizers announced. The sixth annual event will be held May 9–11, 2016, at the Venetian Palazzo Las Vegas.
“Agents competing in today’s market have to be trainers as well as entrepreneurs. There is no way around it,” said David Gesualdo, show chair and publisher of Agent Entrepreneur and F&I and Showroom magazines. “With a panel of experts and Rick Roesel at the helm, we expect a lively, informative and valuable discussion.”
A 30-year veteran of the F&I products segment, Roesel founded Cincinnati-based Agency Services Consolidated in 1992. His session, “Training the Herd!,” will convene at 1:45 p.m. on Tuesday, May 10, and Roesel will be joined by Neil Matthew, FIU trainer for American Financial & Automotive Services (AFAS), Ron Reahard, president of Reahard & Associates, and Ricky Wolfe, CMO of Interstate National Dealer Services.
Topics of discussion will include the agent’s role in the training and ongoing development of F&I professionals, how to build training programs and F&I processes that benefit dealers, employees and car buyers, and the future of the F&I office.
“I’m truly looking forward to working with the panel,” Roesel said. “This group is the major leagues of training, and it’s going to be great to hear their ideas and opinions. I look for this to be one of the top draws of Agent Summit.”
Registration for Agent Summit is now open at the event’s website as well as by phone, fax and email. To inquire about sponsorship and exhibition opportunities, contact Eric Gesualdo via emailor call 727-612-8826.
