LAS VEGAS — The attendees of the sixth annual Agent Summit were treated to three days of advanced education for agents and agent principals, highly motivating keynote addresses and a panoply of networking events.

The event, which was held May 9–11 at the Venetian Palazzo in Las Vegas, also drew 60 exhibitors to a spacious exhibit hall — a first for Agent Summit — as well as the support of 90 sponsors.

“Thanks to the combined efforts of the events teams at Bobit Business Media and MG Business Media, our advisory board and our speakers and supporters, Agent Summit has established itself as a can’t-miss event for agents in the know,” said David Gesualdo, show chair and publisher of Agent Entrepreneur and F&I and Showroom magazines. “We couldn’t be happier with the turnout or the results.”

Key sponsors included Accelerated Service International (ASI), which sponsored the event’s registration desk; AUL, AutoBodyguard and MaximTrak, which sponsored evening receptions; National Automotive Experts (NAE/NWAN), which sponsored refreshment breaks and this year’s shoe shine station; and SouthwestRe, which sponsored the meet-and-greet that kicked of the fourth annual Reinsurance Symposium. EasyCare along with GWC Warranty sponsored the event’s opening keynote address; E-Credit Express sponsored a cigar rolling station; and Allstate Dealer Services, American Financial & Automotive Services (AFAS), Portfolio, United Car Care (UCC) and Warranty Solutions sponsored meals and refreshment breaks.

At the heart of the agenda was a panoply of featured presentations and panel discussions devoted to Technology, Compliance, Training, Coaching & Development, Profit Opportunities and Selling to Dealers. Randy Crisorio, CEO and president of United Development Systems (UDS) and chair of the Agent Summit advisory board, said the event exceeded all expectations and will pay dividends for all who attended.

“Agent Summit 2016 was outstanding on many fronts,” Crisorio said. “The industry veterans shined on stage and the motivational speakers danced through people themes while walking across the tables. Attendees were clearly lathered up by the exchange of information and ready to return to their markets and pursue the cash!”
