Kelly Price is the president and founder of National Automotive Experts (NAE) and has over 20 years of experience training, distributing and marketing automotive aftermarket products. NAE works with over 900 dealers and agencies, specializing in income development in the fixed ops and finance arena. Mrs. Price is also the president of NAE's sister company, National Warranty Administration Network (NWAN), which specializes in administering automotive-related service contracts, ancillary products and warranties.

Kenneth Wheat is an independent mechanical inspector in the Lakebay, Washington area. He is experienced in the automotive industry and previously worked as a fleet mechanic in the city of Bonney Lake.

Lee Bowron, ACAS, MAAA and John Kerper, FSA, MAAA are partners with Kerper and Bowron LLC which focuses on service contracts and other F&I products. Kerper and Bowron LLC is considered a leading expert on vehicle service contracts and has developed innovative techniques and models for analyzing service contracts. Both John and Lee speak regularly at industry related seminars such as the Vehicle Service Contract Administrator’s Conference. We have also written articles for several publications including Best’s Review. Lee is an active member of the Casualty Actuarial Society, serving as a member of a research committee and chair of statistical working group. John is a member of the Society of Actuaries, and both are members of the American Academy of Actuaries.

Kitty Haas is one of the original members of the management team at Safe-Guard Products, joining the company in 1993. Prior to joining Safe-Guard, Kitty served in a variety of positions in the public relations arena. By joining Safe-Guard in the early development stages, she has an intricate understanding of the industry in both product knowledge and market response. As Vice President of Marketing, she has been a key contributor in the development and launch of several of Safe- Guard’s most successful products throughout her tenure at Safe-Guard.

Kristen is the President of Dealers Assurance Company (DAC), and has worked in the insurance arena for 25 years, mainly in roles specific to the F&I industry. Over the course of her career, she has focused on developing insurance solutions for agents, dealers, and OEMs. Today, Kristen and her management team of industry experts work to provide DAC’s clients with the exceptional regulatory, compliance, and analytical support they need to grow their business.

Kumar Kathinokkula is the COO of F&I Administration Solutions, LLC.  He is responsible for the development and management of the SCS Auto Platform, the leading software solution for F&I product administration.

L’Tonya Carr is the co-owner of Carr Appraisals, Inc., a company specializing in mechanical breakdown inspections for the vehicle service contract industry.  Since founding the company with her husband Steve in 1987, L’Tonya has been a student of the both the VSC and Inspection Industries.
