LAS VEGAS – Organizers of Warranty Chain Management announced a new session has been added to the agenda, "Best Practices to Reduce Warranty Costs and Minimize Risk," presented by Michael Blumberg of Blumberg Advisory Group.
This presentation will examine how warranty service providers can reduce operating costs and minimize risk by improving various operational aspects of warranty management. More specifically, we will examine the Warranty Management Value Chain, identify typical challenges and problems that warranty providers experience, and highlight specific actions they can take to reduce cost and minimize risk.
“I’ve attended the WCM Conference in years past and look forward to participating in it again this year," said Blumberg. "The conference offers an excellent venue to learn and share best practices associated with all aspects of the warranty value chain, from claims administration to claims processing and everything in between, including compliance, finance, risk management, and service delivery, as well as the technology utilized to manage these functions.”
Attendees will learn how defining a clear service policy can improve customer loyalty and reduce costs; improve profitability through more precise risk management and analysis; optimize claims administration process through improved triage and troubleshooting; and minimize risk through tighter service management controls.
