LAS VEGAS – Organizers of Agent Summit 2026 announced that Allstate Dealer Services’ Peter Chafetz, will present ‘The Neuro-AI Edge: Breaking Through Dealer Resistance with Precision' at the event, taking place April 13–15 at The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas.
Building on last year’s blueprint for a complete prospecting process, Peter Chafetz returns to bridge the gap between "planning" and "execution." In this session, Peter reveals how to leverage AI tools to generate high-value, dealer-specific content in minutes, not hours. You’ll learn how to combine modern tech with neuroscience-backed engagement strategies to dismantle initial dealer resistance and earn the right to be heard in a crowded market.
"The 'elephant' is the dealer’s emotional, resistant brain,” added Chafetz. “Most agents spend their time talking to the 'rider' (the logical brain), which is why they get shut down. Today, we’re going to learn how to speak to the elephant first."
Peter Chafetz is the national training director for Allstate Dealer Services, where he leads the strategy, design, and delivery of high‑impact training programs that empower independent F&I agents, their teams, and retail customer‑facing employees.
