Interstate National Announces Industry Leader Mishler as CEO

ATLANTA - Interstate National Corporation, a portfolio company of Golden Gate Capital and umbrella corporation for Interstate National Dealer Services, RpmOne and National Warranty Corporation / Payment Insured Plan, Inc., announced the addition of insurance industry veteran, Mark H. Mishler, to lead Interstate National and its subsidiaries as Chief Executive Officer.

As CEO, Mishler will oversee Interstate's executive team, manage Interstate's long-term strategic initiatives as well as lead daily operations including underwriting, claims, finance, customer service and information technology functions to support Interstate's financial and business objectives.

Mishler, a 29-year industry leader, was most recently at the helm of The Warrany Group, Inc., as President, Chief Operating Officer and Board member, as well as President of Virginia Surety Insurance Company.

"Mark's vision for growth and strategic positioning grew his past companies to $5 billion in assets and $1.8 billion in revenues," Interstate Chairman, Gene Becker, announced to the Interstate team. "Mark is a results-driven leader, who will help Interstate accomplish our collective goals for aggressive growth, superior customer service and a steadfast commitment to excellence in the industry for years to come," Becker concluded.
