LAS VEGAS – Organizers of Warranty Chain Management Conference (WCM) announced that Buwelo's Spencer Cannon and Spencer Jenson will present "Customer Experience: The Key to Growth in the Next Decade" at the 2021 event. WCM will take place Aug. 29 – Sept. 1 at the Bellagio Las Vegas.
This informative presentation, by a leadership team that operates world-class customer care centers that support leading warranty companies by handling front-lline customer care as well as sales support, will discuss the critical importance of the "Customer Experience" and how it has rapidly become the #1 driver for growth. Cannon and Jenson will discuss how a poor CX can quickly ruin a brand and the common mistakes warranty companies are making. Conversely, they will discuss strategies companies can deploy to improve their CX.
"The Customer Experience has become the single most important attribute of high-growth companies," said Cannon. "Conversely, companies that fail to embrace this are choosing a slow death."
Spencer Jenson, Buwelo's co-founder and chief revenue officer, has over two decades of BPO experience and has overseen a variety of customer care functions including operations, sales & marketing, and executive management for various successful business process outsourcing companies all over the globe.
Spencer Cannon, vice president of growth at Buwelo, brings over 20 years of Business Process Outsourcing sales leadership experience in designing and implementing customer experience solutions for some of the most recognizable brands in the world. Prior to Buwelo, Spencer founded and led a successful outsourcing consulting company for more than a decade.
