O’Neil to Identify Competitive Targets at Agent Summit
LAS VEGAS — Organizers of the upcoming Agent Summit have announced that Tom O’Neil, founder of O’Neil Financial Services Agency Inc., has agreed to present a session dedicated to “Competitive Targets” at this year’s event, which will be held May 20–23 at the Venetian & Palazzo Resort Hotel Casinos in Las Vegas.
Inspired by O’Neil’s 30 years’ experience fighting for auto dealer F&I business, the content is designed to help attendees identify competitive targets in every facet of agency business — from product providers to manufacturers and finance partners — including how to get paid on competitors’ F&I products.
In a highly competitive market, if agents aren’t paranoid, “you ought to be,” O’Neil said. “I know that each day will bring another round of emails, phone calls and questions about some angle my competitors are using to knock on my client’s door. This session is dedicated to making you more confident, more prepared, and more motivated to keep fighting the good fight — and winning!”
O’Neil’s presentation will begin at 2:40 p.m. on Tuesday, May 22, part of an afternoon schedule that also includes sessions dedicated to F&I coaching and recruitment and retention.
“Without a doubt, the messaging contained in this announcement is so provocative that flames should be shooting out of your monitor right now!” said Randy Crisorio, president and CEO of United Development Systems (UDS) and chair of the Agent Summit advisory board. “Tom O’Neil is an authentic and enthusiastic F&I industry statesman that presents with tremendous conviction. We anticipate a ‘standing room-only’ crowd for this session. It will deliver all that you might expect and a lot more. Come feel the energy and grab the ideas that can make your revenue soar.”
