Randy Pazik is a 30-year industry veteran and the president and owner of Accelerated Profit Technologies, the company he founded in 1996. The company is headquartered in Las Vegas and serves dealers in five states, specializing in F&I income development, service contracts and ancillary products. Pazik began his automotive career as an F&I manager and ended his eight-year tenure in retail management as a general manager. He then served in executive positions with a Chicago-based agency representing Borg Warner Insurance Services and Old Republic Insurance, where he led the company’s initial foray into the service contract arena. He was given an opportunity to purchase an established Las Vegas agency that would become part of Autoquest Insurance Services, which was later acquired by Protective Life. Pazik is active in the local community, having served on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters, Safe Nest, a domestic violence nonprofit, and served as the Chair for the annual Light the Night Walk with the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society.

Robert Steenbergh is the founder, CEO and chief compliance officer of US Equity Advantage. He oversees all aspects of the company’s operations, banking and compliance. Steenbergh has been a groundbreaker and innovator in the automotive finance software industry, and is an advocate for consumer financial protections, education and industry compliance.  Steenbergh earned his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School of Union University and his undergraduate degree from Siena College in Albany County, New York. He currently resides in Windermere, Florida.

Ron Greer is Vice President of Provider Services at Open Dealer Exchange, LLC. He is responsible for developing business partnerships with F&I Product Providers for the Provider Exchange Network (PEN) division. In previous positions with ADP and EDS he developed implementation and software utilization programs to support the launch and development of the Saturn Retailer System.

Stewart Resmer is a Vietnam veteran who has worked in the auto repair business for decades at the independent, dealer, and manufacturer level. He has worked in the extended warranty industry since 1983 starting at Mechanical Insurance Associates, American Warranty, and General Motors Continuous Protection Plan as a claims examiner and he has also worked at several inspection services and is currently taking inspection calls for the North New jersey area. He has also worked in the film industry most recently as a stunt coordinator on a yet to be released feature film, and has worked in the ground transportation industry in Los Angeles and ran his towing business for 7 years. Stewart has seven grand children and three great grand children.
