TORRANCE, Calif. — The editors and publishers of Bobit Business Media’s Dealer Group announced that voting for the 15th annual Dealers’ Choice Awards will be open from May 1–31, 2019. The Dealers’ Choice Awards are based on an online survey sent to readers of Auto Dealer Today and F&I and Showroom and open to any dealer or dealership professional.

The link to the survey will be available May 1 and promoted throughout May. Every voter completes the same survey and every vote is a write-in. Voters also score their partners on quality, value, customer service, and whether they would recommend them to another dealer. Completed surveys will be spot-checked to ensure only dealers and dealership professionals participate.

Last year’s survey resulted in 100 awards for 70 first-place Diamond, second-place Platinum, and third-place Gold winners in 34 categories. This year’s survey will include 35 categories following the addition of an award dedicated to service retention technology. Winners will be announced in June and recognized in a special ceremony at Industry Summit in New Orleans in November.

“Year after year, the Dealers’ Choice Awards inspire an increasingly high level of participation and chatter among dealers and their industry partners,” said David Gesualdo, the group’s publisher and editorial director. “We look forward to the results of this year’s survey and to honoring our winners at Industry Summit.”
