Harkins Tapped as Texas Compliance Summit Emcee
AUSTIN — Robert Harkins, vice president of training for American Guardian Warranty Services Inc. (AGWS), has agreed to serve as master of ceremonies for the upcoming Texas Compliance Summit, organizers said Thursday. The event is scheduled for Nov. 16–17, 2015, at the Hilton Austin Airport in Austin, Texas.
“Bob brings energy, grace and professionalism to the stage, and he has risen to the challenge at every event for which he has served as ringmaster,” said David Gesualdo, show chair “We are counting on him to help make Texas Compliance Summit a resounding success.”
Harkins, a widely respected compliance and training expert, has served as master of ceremonies for a number of industry events, including the upcoming P&A Leadership Summit and the most recent Compliance Summit, which was held in April in Chicago.
“I look forward to helping bring Compliance Summit to Texas,” Harkins said. “Considering all the new challenges on the horizon, including the possibility of guidance from the CFPB on the way F&I products are priced and sold, the timing couldn’t be better.”
Registration for Texas Compliance Summit is open at the event’s website. Attendees who register on or before October 26 will enjoy a $100 discount. For sponsorship and exhibition opportunities, contact Eric Gesualdo via email or call 727-612-8826.
