Moak recently served as COO of the extended warranty business unit at Assurant, administering warranties on automotive and consumer goods across multiple locations and for various clients. He also spent 24 years working in family-owned dealerships as part owner and executive manager.

“Alan’s background complements the diverse, experienced leadership team at Safe-Guard,” said David Duncan, president, Safe-Guard Products. “He will continue to elevate our industry-leading customer service levels in claims administration.”

Catania is tasked with continuing to drive product sales and growth within current partnerships, and building relationships with new national and global partners. He has more than 20 years of industry experience, including expertise in dealership retail sales, territory management and OEM program development.

Catania previously spent more than 11 years with Allstate Dealer Services, most recently in the position of national sales manager, where he was responsible for OEM and national account business. He also has extensive experience in automotive retail, having worked in F&I and sales management.

“Tony is a driven and tested sales manager. As Safe-Guard increases its product portfolio and expands its global partnerships, he will be a key contributor to the company’s sales and income development team,” said Duncan.
