ORLANDO, Fla. – US Equity Advantage (USEA), a leading automotive biweekly loan payment service, has received the top-ranked Diamond award for the 6th consecutive year in the 2020 Auto Dealer Monthly Dealers' Choice Awards.
This year’s award is testament that our dealer partners value the full customer lifecycle of benefits that our AutoPayPlus service delivers.
The awards program is based on a survey open exclusively to dealers and dealership personnel who submit write-in votes in 34 categories. Auto retail vendors, suppliers and finance sources are scored on quality, value, customer service, and whether they would recommend the company to another dealer. The top three companies that exceed each category’s average score are awarded first-place Diamond, second-place Platinum, and third-place Gold honors.
“For six consecutive years, US Equity Advantage has proven their dedication to superior service in the biweekly payments arena,” said Kate Spatafora, associate publisher of Bobit Business Media’s Dealer Group. “Earning a Dealers’ Choice Award is not an easy task and it is clear that dealers see the value in their partnership with USEA.”
“We appreciate the votes and continued support from all of our dealerships partners,” added US Equity Advantage CEO Robert Steenbergh. “This year’s award is testament that our dealer partners value the full customer lifecycle of benefits that our AutoPayPlus service delivers, from helping car buyers better afford their loan payment and purchase additional F&I products to trading out earlier and returning to the dealer in a positive equity position.”
