A connected global warranty system generates a tangible and immediate ROI by reducing warranty costs, streamlining processes, and improving quality.
“How to Make a Business Case for a Global Warranty System,” a virtual presentation sponsored by Mize, will take place on Thursday, Dec. 3, at 10:00 a.m. (PST).
Making a business case for a new warranty system is difficult for many organizations despite the need to replace a legacy system or improve customer satisfaction. Outlining the tangible returns is imperative. To help with this, Gary Serbousek, senior product manager with Mize, will lead you through the return on investment (ROI) you can expect from implementing a global warranty system. With decades of experience in successfully implementing warranty software for global manufacturers, Mize has developed industry best practices. During this presentation, you will learn:
About case studies from global manufacturers.
How to identify key areas of payback, including efficiencies in claims automation, quality improvement, supplier recovery, and service contract growth.
Methods and tools to estimate your ROI.
Critical success factors in realizing the expected ROI.
How Cloud technologies, SaaS models, and faster implementations are accelerating the time to value and payback.
Gary Serbousek has over 15 years of experience related to warranty and service software for several different verticals including automotive, heavy equipment, consumer electronics and home. Much of that time has been focused on building software to reduce warranty costs, increase product quality, and have happy customers. As a senior product manager for Mize he is responsible for understanding customer needs and providing direction for adding new innovations to the Mize Smart Blox technology. In addition, Gary has a total of over 30 years’ experience working in the software industry in various roles involved in the coding, marketing and selling of cutting-edge software.
“A connected global warranty system generates a tangible and immediate ROI by reducing warranty costs, streamlining processes, and improving quality,” said Serbousek.
