LAS VEGAS – Glen Tuscan, president of Dealer Commitment Services Inc. and a 32 year veteran of the automotive industry, has been chosen to address the fourth annual Agent Summit as a keynote speaker, according to show organizers. Tuscan has 12 years experience in retail, and 20 years experience as an Independent General Agent.

Tuscan said he is excited to have been granted the opportunity to be part of the 2014 Agent Summit as a keynote speaker. “Everyday independent agents face the challenge of competing with large direct providers of F&I products.” He said, “These companies spend millions of dollars per month trying to eliminate our existence. Not only has the Independent Agencies Network taken on this challenge…it has thrived and survived in the post recession era.”

David Gesualdo, show chair and publisher of Agent Entrepreneur and F&I and Showroom magazines said Tuscan was an easy choice. “Glen brings a wealth of knowledge of the industry. He has the ability to convey awareness of interpersonal skills and the nuances of the process of dealing with others in all situations. This will surely be of great value to all who are fortunate enough to hear him speak.”

Glen is proud to have developed some of the top performers in F&I, and is looking forward to sharing his experience and insights. The topic he will be speaking on will be entitled, “Underdog Independent Agents Survive and Thrive in 2014.”

Agent Summit 2014 is scheduled for March 10-12 at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas. For information about exhibition or sponsorship opportunities, contact Eric Gesualdo at 727-612-8826.
