LAS VEGAS — Organizers of this year’s Agent Summit have announced that top F&I trainer Ron Reahard will serve as moderator of a panel dedicated to helping agents capture their share of the ancillary products market. The four day-event begins May 20, 2018, at the Venetian & Palazzo Resort Hotel Casinos in Las Vegas.

As car buyers’ expectations continue to evolve, Reahard said, so must F&I products — and the way they are sold.

“Virtually every purchase experience now begins online. Consumer demand for transparency and F&I products that offer genuine customer value requires dealers to continuously evaluate their product offerings to determine how those products are best presented and sold,” said Reahard, who serves as president of Reahard & Associates. “Every agent needs to assist their dealers in maximizing customer acceptance rates for multiple ancillary products.”

The panel, “The Surging Ancillary Market,” will begin at 3:30 p.m. on Monday, May 21. Reahard will be joined by David Neuenschwander, president of National Automotive Experts (NAE)/NWAN; Garret Lacour, CEO of RoadVantage; Scott Hendrix, IAS’s senior vice president and head of national accounts; and National Auto Care (NAC) President and CEO Tony Wanderon.

Reahard promised to deliver useful, practical advice attendees can take home to their dealer clients. “Agents will learn online and in-dealership sales techniques and F&I processes the most successful dealers are using to dramatically increase the sale of ancillary products at their dealerships.”

“Ancillary product growth has been outstanding, as is the blue-ribbon panel of executives that will address the relevance to both dealers and agents alike,” said Randy Crisorio, president and CEO of United Development Systems (UDS) and chair of the Agent Summit advisory board. “Consumer appeal and acceptance to the many provider product innovations allows us all to raise the performance bar and cash in.”
