DALLAS — Vehicle Administrative Services has partnered with Assurant to develop and deliver roadside assistance and customer service solutions that meet the evolving needs of dealers and their customers, the company announced.

VAS combines a superior customer experience with the industry’s lowest claims severity, according to Bill Breindel, the company’s president and CEO.

“These solutions will incorporate VAS’s foundational philosophy of delivering the best customer solutions by prioritizing technology, transparency, and a high-volume dispatch,” Breindel said. “The partnership gives VAS a critical new role reinventing customers’ roadside assistance experiences while providing a white-glove, personal touch to Assurant’s automotive clients.”
