AutoPayPlus, a provider of automated biweekly and early loan payoff services for the automotive industry, named Donald Retreage Jr. its new chief financial officer.

Retreage’s 30-year career as a business and financial strategist has been wide ranging, from serving the U.S. Department of Defense and the United Nations to Fortune 100 companies and startups. With a focus on financial governance, change management and employee engagement, he leverages a corporate finance and operations background to drive transformation and guide an organization’s leadership to stay focused on vision, goals and priorities.

He will play a crucial role in strategic planning and decision-making to define AutoPayPlus' direction. His responsibilities include reporting historical financial information to company stakeholders, identifying and managing financial risks and uncertainties that could impact the company's performance, and providing guidance about the company's capital structure.

Retreage holds a bachelor of science degree in finance, accounting and economics from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese, he is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants and holds training certifications in the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and International Traffic in Arms Regulations, and Encryption and Export Administration Regulations.
