Agent Summit Partners with Automotive Compliance Education
LAS VEGAS — Organizers of Agent Summit have teamed up with Automotive Compliance Education (ACE) to offer Automotive Compliance Specialist certification at the 2017 event. Registered attendees are invited to participate in the certification component for no additional charge. The review and certification will take place the morning of Monday, May 22.
“In our industry, at this moment in time, compliance is paramount. It is incumbent upon us all to get up to speed,” said David Gesualdo, show chair and publisher of Agent Entrepreneur. “ACE certification is not easy, but it is worthwhile, and I strongly encourage every attendee — dealers, dealership personnel, agents and executives — to participate.”
ACE certification consists of a two-hour review session followed by a 90-minute, 200-question exam. The curriculum covers a wide range of federal standards and enforcement actions with an emphasis on compliant and transparent sales and F&I processes. Attendees who complete the review and earn a grade of 80% or higher on the exam will receive a framed “Automotive Compliance Specialist” diploma and access to ACE’s online resources.
“ACE is excited to offer its compliance training and certification as part of Agent Summit,” said ACE’s executive director, Gil Van Over III. “The Compliance Specialist curriculum is an intense and comprehensive approach to understanding the compliance requirements dealerships face today. We look forward to offering the ACE Compliance Specialist Certification to this year’s Agent Summit participants.”
Registration for Agent Summit is open at the event’s website. Attendees who register by April 21 will enjoy a $100 discount. To discuss sponsorship and exhibition opportunities, contact David Gesualdo at 727-947-4027 or via email.
