Carfluent, a provider of artificial intelligence-driven solutions, unveiled Tory, a bilingual car-shopping assistant designed to enhance the shopping experience for Spanish-speaking customers, making the discovery of their ideal vehicles faster and more intuitive. The company said the tool simplifies the process and acts as an entry point to Carfluent's pages, ensuring that language is not a barrier to finding the perfect vehicle.

When visiting a dealership's website, Tory appears on the screen and engages users from the moment they arrive. With a few clicks, customers specify their desired vehicles, leading them to a contextually accurate, localized bilingual page where they can explore further and become leads for the dealership.

Tory operates as a dynamic instrument on dealership webpages that eliminates language barriers to navigating vehicle information. It's designed to enhance the customer experience by asking questions that take the user through the inventory, enabling them to find a vehicle.

"With Tory, a customer can go from click to car of interest in as little as four seconds," said Carfluent Chief Experience Officer Justin Neiser. "Tory pops up on the lower right of the screen as soon as the user arrives on the site, capturing them when they are most engaged, and enables them to answer a few quick questions to find the vehicle of their choice."

CEO Chance Mayfield adds, "Our goal is to create an inclusive car shopping experience tailored to all customers' needs, regardless of their preferred language. With Tory, we are breaking down barriers and empowering non-English speaking customers to find their ideal match in our inventory while connecting dealers with a new customer base."

Carfluent is dedicated to enhancing customer service and the car-buying experience for a global audience. For more details on Tory, visit its website.
