Get Certified at Compliance Summit
DALLAS — Organizers of Compliance Summit have announced that spots for the Dallas Automotive Compliance Specialist Certification are filling up fast. Compliance Summit is part of the annual Industry Summit and will be held Sept. 11–12 at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Dallas.
“We have never received such positive feedback as when we incorporated the ACE training and certification program into our agenda,” said David Gesualdo, show chair and publisher of Auto Dealer Today and F&I and Showroom. “Seats are limited so we urge any attendees interested in earning their certification while at the event to sign up today.”
ACE certification consists of a four-hour review session followed by a two-hour, 150-question exam. The curriculum covers a wide range of federal standards and enforcement actions with an emphasis on compliant and transparent sales and F&I processes. Attendees who complete the review and earn a grade of 80% or higher on the exam will receive a framed “Automotive Compliance Specialist” diploma and access to ACE’s online resources.
“This review session and exam marks the end of ACE’s first year of operation,” said Gil Van Over III, Executive Director of ACE. “As such, it is the last opportunity for people to be designated “founding members” of ACE by successfully passing the exam. Those who do may visit ACE at booth 519 and receive congratulations and an ACE lapel pin.”
Registration for Industry Summit 2017 is open at the event’s website. To discuss sponsorship and exhibition opportunities, contact David Gesualdo at (727) 947-4027 or via email.
