For the past three years, Schrank has held the position of director of operations at NAC. She has been instrumental in building strong relationships with NAC’s agency network and industry partners, streamlining operation processes and procedures, and overseeing marketing initiatives – including advertising and tradeshows.

Schrank received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Franklin University.
