Troussov to Present ‘Securing Business Through Coaching’ at Agent Summit
LAS VEGAS — Organizers of the upcoming Agent Summit have announced that Automotive Development Group (ADG)’s Tony Troussov will deliver a training session dedicated to conquesting new dealers and maximizing F&I production through coaching. The event is scheduled for May 21–24, 2017, at Paris Las Vegas.
“If you find yourself in reactive mode with your dealers, it is time to upgrade your game,” said Troussov, who serves as director of training for ADG. “This session will focus on providing you with some tools on how to be an effective F&I performance improvement coach.”
“Securing Business Through Coaching” will begin at 10:20 a.m. on Wednesday, May 24. Troussov is expected to draw on his experience as an F&I trainer to share practical, actionable tools agents can use to design better, more effective training processes that deliver immediate results and help build long-term relationships with dealer clients.
As an experienced trainer and a prolific speaker and writer, Troussov brings experience in retail, in the box and in the field to the Agent Summit stage.
“Coaching is a professional skill every agent must master in an increasingly competitive marketplace,” said David Gesualdo, show chair and publisher of Agent Entrepreneur and F&I and Showroom. “We are anticipating a highly impactful session that will pay dividends for your dealers and your agency.”
Registration for Agent Summit 2017 is open at the event’s website. Attendees who register by April 21 will enjoy a $100 discount. To discuss sponsorship and exhibition opportunities, contact David Gesualdo at 727-947-4027 or via email.
