Virtual F&I unveiled vMenu to help F&I managers optimize the vehicle-buying process by presenting products and services intuitively. Dealerships can leverage the offering to elevate customer interaction, delivering an interactive experience designed to boost transparency, reduce discrepancies, and ensure full control over the sales process.
The company says vMenu guarantees transparency at every stage of the process with instant payment calculations and product coverage details. F&I managers can utilize customizable menu configurations with dynamic layout options, where they can choose between one- and four-column layouts and instantly update and customize as needed.
Personalized recommendations based on each customer’s purchase history, vehicle preferences, and financing options are delivered within vMenu for a tailored experience. Integrating with dealer management systems, vMenu enables efficient data synchronization, pulling deal information and pushing digital deal jackets, reducing redundant documentation across dealer platforms.
F&I managers can access vMenu from touch-screen devices, monitors in their locations or virtually. They can view what customers are seeing in real time alongside all of Virtual F&I's tools developed for full functionality. With the ability to view both their screens and the customer’s screens simultaneously, F&I managers can make live updates. Integrated sales tools and infographics empower customers to make informed decisions before completing their purchases, aligning their choices with personal preferences.
The VFI vMenu is a solution intended to shorten trade cycles, boost customer retention, and drive revenue. The platform enables customers to shop anytime, anywhere while allowing dealers to manage the sales process across online, in-store or hybrid environments.
