FORT WAYNE, Ind. – vSignature may now be used by any company for electronic signing their library of documents through its new stand-alone version of the software. The web service allows for any company to send a form and description, to the My Dealer Documents Portal, and enable the user to build an easy template for current and future uses. The user may use the tool for PDF’s by placing icons in the appropriate locations and then storing coordinates for future use. The user may also upload any PDF from their computer documents and set a template to clone or for a single use.
This proven technology gives any company the tool they need to have eSignature now and with no programming or maintenance at the Provider level.
“We are excited to offer this to any company that needs an electronic forms signing service," says Ron Martin, president of Vision Dealer Solutions. "This proven technology gives any company the tool they need to have eSignature now and with no programming or maintenance at the Provider level. All the 3rd party has to do is consume the web service into their current user experience.”
Once the form is setup, in a matter of seconds, it may be eSigned with the user in Live, Guided, or Unattended modes. These eSigning ceremonies may be displayed on any touch device or even remote to a customer’s mobile phone. The Guided process prompts each signature, initial, or text box for an easy “tap to sign” experience, so you’ll never miss a signature on a form. The unattended mode allows the user to send a text message or email to a customer, so the eSigning ceremony may be completed on their time. Vision Dealer Solution’s vSignature allows for a combination of user experiences, so you may accommodate the customer however they want to eSign their forms and where ever they are.
vSignature has been used by hundreds of Vision Dealer Solutions customers and recently by some leaders in the Automotive Technology space. It is now available for any company that services Automotive, RV, Powersports, or Marine dealer and provides a PDF format. The development time to go to market is a few weeks programming.
