NAPA, Cali. - AUL Corp., the nation’s premier auto warranty provider, was just named as one of the ‘Best Places to Work in the North Bay’ for the fourth year in a row by the North Bay Business Journal, announced Jimmy Atkinson, president and CEO of AUL Corp.  The award recipients selected were based upon more than 8,200 anonymous employee surveys and a review by the editorial staff of employee comments.

“We are honored that our employees have endorsed AUL and allowed us to be the recipient of this prestigious award for the fourth year in a row.  We work hard to put our employees first, so we find this award particularly gratifying,” offered Atkinson.  “From its inception, AUL was about two things:  Providing a great place to work and being the very best at what we do in the industry.  We graciously accept this award as recognition that we are on the right path to achieving those goals.” The ‘Best Places to Work’ competition has been held by the North Bay Business Journal for 12 years, recognizing companies that excel in quality, professionalism, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie, as reported first hand by employees.  The publication noted that the average employee satisfaction score was higher this year than last year, and that the winning companies represent nearly 17,000 employees.
