Cole Group and GSFSGroup Form Hiring Program
HOUSTON – GSFSGroup and The Cole Group joined forces to create an efficient and effective recruiting and hiring process for automotive dealers. GSFSGroup’s Hiring Winners, an online new hire recruiting and application system, works in tandem with The Cole Group’s Dealership Screening Program to improve employee retention and performance.
Utilization of GSFSGroup’s Hiring Winners in combination with The Cole Group’s Dealership Screening Program provides dealers with a seamless interface between the recruiting, application and screening processes, resulting in the highest quality new hire for the position. The use of these services together minimizes hiring risks, including reducing turnover by an average of 30 to 40 percent, lowering the incidence of employee theft and decreasing employment related lawsuits.
“GSFSGroup and The Cole Group have a shared commitment to the industry and to the success of our customers,” said Alan Bond, Vice-President of National Sales, GSFSGroup. “This strategic alliance between our Hiring Winners program and The Cole Group will serve our customers well by attracting qualified, well-suited applicants, streamlining the hiring process and reducing costs. The savings generated through reduced turnover and loss prevention make this a valuable investment for dealers that will more than pay for itself over time.”
“With attention to people, process and performance, Hiring Winners and The Cole Group will help put the right person in the right job," said Donald Cole, CFO, The Cole Group. “Studies show that decreasing turnover by just 10 percent can add $300,000 to the bottom line of an organization.”
