Dairyland Cycle to Sponsor the Tomahawk Ride
Thousands of motorcycle riders will converge in northern Wisconsin mid-September for the 33rd Tomahawk Fall Ride. Dairyland Cycle®, a brand of motorcycle insurance based in Wisconsin, will sponsor the rally, scheduled for September 10-14th, 2014.
More than 40,000 riders from across the Midwest are expected to gather in Tomahawk, Wisconsin to enjoy entertainment while raising money for the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA). Live musical entertainment to be provided by Blackhawk, Oil Can Harry, The Outlaws, Head East, Tuck Pence, Spicy Tie and Vic Ferrari, to name a few. Additional entertainment includes 2015 Harley-Davidson demo rides, vendors, motorized barstool and lawn tractor races, fun run rides, sumo wrestling and roller derby.
Dairyland Cycle® is committed to support the MDA and will be giving away a commemorative Fall Ride t-shirt to those who support the MDA with a minimum $10 donation. MDA will be stationed at SARA Park, where all proceeds benefit the local MDA serving north central Wisconsin. MDA will also be selling raffle tickets to win a custom painted 2014 Harley-Davidson Ultra or a weekend getaway.
In addition, Dairyland Cycle® is excited to sponsor Biker Billy’s appearance at the event as he serves as the master of ceremonies at three entertainment stages on Friday and Saturday night. Biker Billy is a motorcycle enthusiast and cooking celebrity and has been featured on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Good Morning America and CNN. He also recently kicked off a collaboration with Dairyland Cycle®, sharing his knowledge about bikes and food at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally.
“We’re extremely excited to be working with Tomahawk, MDA and Biker Billy,” said Dairyland Cycle® Marketing Manager, Carrie Feinen. “What a wonderful and fun way to support such a worthy cause!”
MDA is the nonprofit health agency dedicated to curing muscular dystrophy, ALS and related diseases by funding worldwide research. The Association also provides comprehensive health care and support services, advocacy and education.
