Hudson Cook, LLP Adds Allen H. Denson as Partner
HANOVER, Md. – Hudson Cook, LLP, a nationwide provider of legal compliance services for the financial services industry, announces the elevation of Allen Denson to partner in its Washington, D.C. office. Allen has been an Associate with the Firm since January, 2014. He represents financial institutions and other creditors in investigations and litigation with federal financial regulators, in particular the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. Prior to joining Hudson Cook, LLP he served as a Senior Attorney in the Enforcement & Compliance Division of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency from 2009 to 2014.
