JM&A Group Selects New Customer Service VP
DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. — Josh Bass has been promoted to vice president of customer services for JM&A Group. In this role, he will oversee all claims and customer service operations in Deerfield Beach and St. Louis and will report to the company’s Chief Operating Officer Ron Coombs.
Bass joined JM&A in 2012 as the director of sales planning and analysis where he managed company’s strategic planning and sales analytics. Previously, he spent more than eight years at Florida Power & Light and held numerous operational and strategic leadership positions. Additionally, as a senior manager at Andersen Business Consulting, he was responsible for implementing customer-facing technologies out of its Miami and Paris offices.
