NCM Expands Online Data Analysis Tools
OVERLAND PARK - NCM Associates, an automotive consulting firm, rolled out its latest addition to its suite of dealership operating performance management tools. Called the Proprietary Heat Map, the new tool allows a multi-franchised dealership group the ability to assess its operating challenges and opportunities within each franchise operation.
Proprietary Heat Map, a web-based management dashboard, is designed to act as a management dashboard to spot areas of the business that need immediate attention, with departments within a dealership changing colors according to their monthly performance.
Like the NCM Dealership Heat Map for single-franchise dealerships, a deeper dive into the operating performance of each department is a one-click process that reveals a series of key performance indicator gauges, according to the company. Each gauge allows the user to review the operational trends for that key metric by way of the web-based Profit Trend Analysis report, which reveals the dealership’s past 90-day performance against NCM Benchmark performers.
“At NCM, we believe our fundamental responsibility is not necessarily to create more data, but to produce more effective, efficient, and useful information that dealers can use to make decisions to enhance the profitability of their operations,” said Paul Faletti, Jr., president and CEO of NCM.
The new tool was developed in two months, and it is offered as a value-added service at no cost to current clients of the company.
