DUNCAN, S.C.— ACE Solutions – a leader in Automotive Dealership Management System equipment – in conjunction with manufacturer AMT Datasouth Corp, announces new capability of the powerful ACE 7450 flat-bed printer that allows for the printing of barcodes on the DMV form, enabling automatic document archiving to the electronic deal jacket.

This extensive compatibility also means that dealerships can change systems if they choose without having to change printers.

The ACE 7450 has several fast and powerful features including:

  • Prints cut sheet forms of 7 parts up to 16-inches wide and 37-inches long.

  • Consistent cut sheet and tractor-fed forms handling

  • 24-pin printhead.

  • 600 cps print speed.

  • Automatic form loading and parking.

  • Automatic form thickness detection.

  • Automatic paper skew detection and correction.

  • No forms waste.

ACE Solutions and AMT Datasouth also offer the Documax 5380, a narrow carriage flat-bed printer. This model also prints 7 part forms with a 24-pin printhead with no wasted forms.
