Grapevine, TX – CareGard Warranty Services, Inc. (CareGard) announced that Nissan Extended Services North America, GP (NESNA) has partnered with CareGard Warranty Services, to provide their dealers with CareGard’s High Mileage Vehicle Service Contract program. NESNA is the U.S. automotive assurance product services arm of Nissan Global Reinsurance. Their primary emphasis is to provide branded Finance & Insurance (F&I) Products to consumers throughout the United States for the complete line of Nissan and INFINITI vehicles.
This product will serve dealer’s customers where there was no available NESNA product because of age or mileage restrictions.
“The CareGard team is extremely proud to be partnering with NESNA in providing their dealer partners with a High Mileage VSC solution branded as QualityGuard+Plus,” said Bryan Myers, Senior Vice President of Sales at CareGard. “This product will serve dealer’s customers where there was no available NESNA product because of age or mileage restrictions. We are well aware of the claims frustration dealers and their customers experience in this segment of the marketplace. Over the past 15 years CareGard has taken great strides to create a high mileage program that not only enhances the dealer’s standard program, but also helps with their need to further retain customers and CSI while adding profitability. Maintaining a 22 second average hold time to a live adjuster 24/7/365 is no easy feat. We maintain this daily because it’s part of our core values. We are confident that NESNA will experience great success in adding and offering this product as it is a continuation of their current VSC programs, benefits and consumer expectations”.
CareGard, in business for 26 years under their parent company, AFG Companies, Inc. (AFG), is a full-service administrator providing a complete suite of fully insured F&I products, marketing and loyalty programs. In addition, in-house reinsurance formation and management, income development training/support and a fully integrated dealership menu (“TRONIX”) via their AFG Technologies company.
