Portfolio’s Tanya Stevenson Named Up and Coming Leader
LAKE FOREST, Calif. - Portfolio, one of the nation’s leading reinsurance program managers, is proud to announce that Tanya Stevenson, Director of Sales and Product Marketing, has been named and profiled in Agent Entrepreneur magazine’s “40 Under 40” survey and feature article as an up and coming leader in the industry. The magazine is the leading publication for independent automotive finance and insurance professional agents.
Brent Griggs, Portfolio’s President and CEO, applauded the choice. “Tanya is dynamic and hard-working, and manages one of the most important teams in our offices. She is responsible for growth in product sales, new product development, and servicing our agents’ and dealers’ needs, whether it be customized product solutions, training, rates, or marketing support. Even with all these ‘office responsibilities’ Tanya still spends much time in the field meeting with agents and dealers to ensure a quality customer experience with Portfolio. She deserves to be recognized for this.”
Stevenson remarked, “It was an honor being nominated by Brady Jones, the Executive VP of Cilajet. Working on product development and meeting dealer needs with professionals like Brady is very rewarding. I would also like to thank Dan Haugen who mentored me in this business, and my team at Portfolio without whom success would be impossible. I am very lucky to work with so many dedicated and inspiring people.”
The call for nominees and review of them by the magazine’s editorial staff took place over several months this summer. It was recommended that nominations be submitted by a professional in the industry who has direct experience working with the person. The nominees would then be evaluated based on their accomplishments, interviews and standing in the industry.
Over 100 nominees were submitted for consideration. “The final roster is comprised of those who stood out for having made lasting changes to their companies, their clients’ businesses or the industry as a whole,” said Tariq Kamal, Managing Editor.
