Austin, Texas - RoadVantage, today recognized a third year of impressive growth with a 200-percent increase in sales volume, 126-percent increase in dealerships served and a 70-percent staff increase in the last 12 months.

“There’s a passionate energy at RoadVantage that comes through in the company’s commitment to innovation and service, with dramatic results,” said Mike Steen, a 20-year industry veteran who recently joined RoadVantage’s sales team as a regional vice president. “I’m excited to be part of the momentum as it continues to build.”

While RoadVantage enjoyed a third year of accelerated growth, the company also maintained excellent customer service levels above 95 percent in its state-of-the-art claims and contact service center, with 99 percent of claims approved within 10 minutes of receipt of a new claim and payment made within two hours of receiving signed customer invoices.

“We built RoadVantage with scalability in mind, so we are fully prepared for the rapid expansion we’re experiencing,” said Garret Lacour, CEO and founder of RoadVantage. “Alongside our complete suite of F&I products, we are dedicated to ensuring we offer the best service and customer experience possible.”

“RoadVantage’s founder Garret Lacour is a true innovator in the F&I industry, consistently raising the bar,” said Michael Scotty, who joined RoadVantage as vice president of operations this month with more than 20 years of management experience. “Garret has a vision for RoadVantage and for F&I, and I’m pleased to help implement that vision as we continue to grow.”
