MADISON HEIGHTS, Mich. - Sika Corp.'s Industry and Automotive divisions promoted Dave Jones to senior vice president, Industry and Automotive USA; and Scott Henry to corporate head, Business Unit Industry. Henry will relocate to Switzerland in assuming his new role.

Jones joined Sika in 1995 as an application engineer and has held various positions including sales engineer, key account manager and, during the period 2000-2004, served in Europe as the vice president of engineering for Sika Automotive Europe. In 2005 he was promoted to vice president, Automotive Engineering USA and in 2010 to senior vice president, Automotive USA.

Henry joined Sika Industry in 1997 as a product engineer, and has held various positions including product engineering manager; director of product engineering; vice president, Transportation and Appliance & Components Business Units; and since 2010 senior vice president, Industry.
