DALLAS — Software solutions provider StoneEagle has released SEcureSalesTool, a web-based sales tool specifically developed for auto dealers, third-party administrators and direct marketers to maximize the sale of vehicle service contracts (VSCs) and additional aftermarket products.

“We recognize that these are challenging times and encourage auto dealers to generate additional business from their existing customer base by utilizing our powerful software solutions,” said Jason Gillette, StoneEagle’s director of sales and marketing. “StoneEagle continues to enable auto dealers and third-party administrators with simple, streamlined solutions that increase efficiency, profitability and new incremental sales.”

SST was designed to integrate with leading dealer management system providers to pull repair order information into the SST web portal. The information is then sent to the appropriate VSC administrator for real-time classification, rating and underwriting to determine the customer’s eligibility.

Customers then select their desired level of coverage from a quote sheet prepared by the service manager and SST generates the contract. The sold VSC and all corresponding contract data are delivered electronically to the premium finance company and VSC administrator, according to the manufacturer.

“StoneEagle’s SEcureSalesTool allows us to accurately quote rates, generate the paperwork effortlessly and properly account for the income through the fixed end,” said Kent Anderson, field operations manager for MPP Co. Inc. “Now we have a quick and secure way to offer service contracts to our customers beyond time-of-sale, or after their full basic warranty runs out.”
