The Warranty Group Announces Agreement With Hermes/Compra Facil S.A.
Chicago - The Warranty Group, a provider of warranty solutions and related programs, announced an agreement with Hermes/Compra Facil S.A., the largest Brazilian retail catalog company, with more than 10 million customers. Under the agreement, The Warranty Group Brazil will provide underwriting, administration and training support for Hermes's extended warranty program which was launched in July 2013.
"Hermes/Compra Facil's reputation for delivering exceptional customer service aligns perfectly with The Warranty Group's core values, making this an ideal partnership," said Craig Robinson, executive vice president, The Warranty Group's Latin America operations. "We're pleased to be working with one of Brazil's premiere organizations. We look forward to providing our full range of extended warranty expertise to Hermes/Compra Facil to help empower their continued business success."

The new program is being implemented throughout Hermes/Compra Facil's channels, which are e-commerce and telemarketing.
