Wendy Reeves to Lead Two BDC Sessions at Dealer Summit
TAMPA, Fla. — Organizers of Dealer Summit have announced that Wendy Reeves, BDC trainer for DealerStrong, will present two sessions dedicated to maximizing business development center production at the event, which is scheduled for May 3–5, 2016, at the Sheraton Tampa Riverwalk Hotel.
“Wendy has established herself as an expert in BDC training, processes and benchmarking,” said Greg Goebel, president of DealerStrong. “Dealers and managers who attend her sessions will leave better equipped to convert calls, chats and emails into appointments and sales.”
Reeves’ first session, “The ‘Role’ Call Review Plays in Continued Success for Your BDC,” will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 4. She will discuss call-review processes and how the practice complements dealers’ staffing, training, process implementation and reporting efforts.
Later that day, at 3:30 p.m., Reeves will present “The Keys to Getting Them in the Showroom,” a comprehensive analysis of effective verbiage, “do”s and “don’t”s and basic tools that make BDC representatives more effective.
“Dealers who have yet to make a wholehearted investment in BDC will be surprised at the level of production they can reach,” Reeves said. “These two sessions are an excellent start.”
Registration for Dealer Summit is open at the event’s website. Dealers who register by April 1 will enjoy a $100 early-bird discount. For information about exhibition and sponsorship opportunities, contact show chair David Gesualdo via email or at 727-947-4027.
