Zurich Named Best Overall Commercial Insurance Provider in National Underwriter Risk Manager Choice Awards

SCHAUMBURG – Zurich North America has been named Best Overall Commercial Insurance Provider in an independent survey of risk managers.


National Underwriter unveiled the winners of its 2011 Risk Manager Choice Awards at the Risk & Insurance Management Society (RIMS) Conference & Exhibition in Vancouver this morning.

“Receiving this award at RIMS, where Zurich’s mission is ‘to help make you a better risk manager,’ is incredibly fulfilling,” said Michael Kerner, CEO, Zurich Global Corporate in North America. “Our customers and risk managers are at the center of everything we do, and being recognized by them as ‘the best’ affirms that commitment.”

The independent survey was conducted by Flaspohler Research and will be covered in the May 2 edition of National Underwriter, Property & Casualty.
