Southlake, Texas - F&I Express hired Amanda O’Connell as a marketing and communications specialist. She has more than 10 years of marketing, design, Web and public relations experience; one of her responsibilities will be to collaborate with provider partners to develop and execute co-branded marketing campaigns for agents and dealers.

“I am excited to join Intersection Technologies Inc. and be a part of this fast-growing aspect of the automotive industry,” said O'Connell. “I look forward to working with our clients to spread the word about F&I Express and help move this industry forward.”

In addition, the company also named Rick Malone vice president of business development. He joins Michele Harris as part of the Business Development team which reports to Rich Apicella. Malone is a veteran of the aftermarket F&I Industry with more than 20 years of working with agents and providers.

“I am excited to join the F&I Express team, and play a role in our continued growth,” said Malone. "I welcome the opportunity to help agents and providers increase their market share and visibility with their dealer clients. By integrating all of their aftermarket products under the F&I Express eCommerce solution, dealers will benefit from faster, error-free deliveries."
