Daimler Financial Services Changes Leadership in Americas Region

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. — Daimler Financial Services made executive changes to the company in conjunction with the appointment of Klaus Entenmann, formerly president and CEO of the Americas region, to chairman of Daimler Financial Services AG in Berlin.


Franz Reiner, formerly head of Mercedes-Benz Financial USA, is the new president and CEO of Daimler Financial Services and becomes a board of management member of Daimler Financial Services AG, responsible for the Americas and reporting to Entenmann.

Richard Howard, formerly vice president Daimler Truck Financial USA and regional head Latin America, is also appointed a board of management member responsible for region Africa, Asia/Pacific (AAP), effective Jan. 1, 2010, reporting to Entenmann.


In other changes across the Americas Region, the following executives now report to Reiner in their new responsibilities:

  • Juergen Rochert, formerly managing director of Daimler Financial Services Mexico, became Director Daimler Truck Financial USA effective Jan. 1, 2010, succeeding Richard Howard.

  • Dietmar Exler, formerly director operations Europe and operations Mercedes-Benz Bank AG, became director of Mercedes-Benz Financial USA effective Feb. 1, 2010, succeeding Reiner.

  • Yvonne Rosslenbroich, formerly managing director of Mercedes-Benz Financiera Argentina, was promoted to managing director of Daimler Financial Services Mexico effective Jan. 1, 2010, succeeding Juergen Rochert.

  • Christian Schueler, most recently executive assistant to the chairman of Daimler Financial Services AG, became managing director of Mercedes-Benz Financiera Argentina effective Jan. 1, 2010, succeeding Yvonne Rosslenbroich.
