Ford Motor Co. is extending its bonus program for senior managers to all salaried employees and will resume paying bonuses in 2011 if performance goals for 2010 are met, The Detroit News reported.
Non-management salaried workers and lower-level managers had previously been compensated through a separate program, but all white-collar workers in the United States will now have their bonuses calculated according to the same standard, said Ford spokeswoman Marcey Evans.
