Ford’s November Sales Down
Its EV lineup, though, surges, positioning it just behind Tesla, brand says.

Ford's electric-vehicle deliveries soared 103% to 6,255.

Ford’s November U.S. sales fell 7.8% year-over-year to 146,364, the Michigan-based carmaker reported. Retail sales alone decreased 15.8%.
But it underlined in a press release that its electric-vehicle deliveries soared 103% to 6,255, “approximately twice the rate of the overall electric vehicle segment,” which it said makes it the second best-selling EV maker behind Tesla.
The company has outlined an aggressive move toward all-electric sales, including requiring investment by its more than 3,000 dealers.
Ford’s overall car sales fell 13.3%. SUVs were down 15% and trucks 1.2%.
