UDS Acquires Dealer Marketing Link
UDS announced the acquisition of Dealer Marketing Link, a Pennsylvania F&I services provider.

CLEARWATER, Fla. — UDS (div. Brown & Brown Dealer Services) announced the acquisition of Dealer Marketing Link, a Butler, Pa.-based F&I operation.
Dealer Marketing Link has a decades-long track record of providing valuable F&I services to its dedicated dealer clients, executives said, and UDS will look to enhance those value-added services through its award-winning training and development platform.
“Joining the Brown & Brown team in May provided UDS with expanding resources and a greater presence in the United States,” said UDS President and CEO Randy Crisorio. “Merging Dealer Marketing Link operations into UDS furthers that presence. We are very excited to have them on board and look forward to serving their current dealer partners and the Pennsylvania market.”
